Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of Voca, an AI calling product operated by Peeta, Inc., including its website, console and APIs. They are specific to Voca. A separately signed agreement with Peeta controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these terms.

1. Your account and authority2. The service3. Lawful calling and consent4. Prohibited use5. Usage, balances and numbers6. Your content and call results7. Privacy and third-party services8. Availability and suspension9. Updates and questions

1. Your account and authority

By using Voca, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you use Voca for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Keep account information accurate and protect passwords, API keys and access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for promptly reporting suspected misuse. Creating an account does not guarantee access to phone numbers, calling capacity or other resources that require approval.

2. The service

Voca lets customers submit tasks, initiate supported phone or SIP calls, review call information and receive results through APIs and webhooks. Features and availability depend on your account, configuration, destination and underlying providers.

AI speech, transcripts and summaries can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important results before relying on them. Voca is not an emergency communications service and must not be used to contact emergency services or as the sole basis for decisions that could cause serious harm. We do not guarantee that a call will connect or achieve its intended outcome.

3. Lawful calling and consent

You choose call recipients, purposes, instructions and content. Before placing calls, you must establish the necessary permission or other lawful basis and comply with applicable rules for your use case and the locations involved. Voca does not obtain recipient consent on your behalf.

  • Meet applicable requirements for automated or AI-generated calls, telemarketing, calling hours and do-not-call restrictions.
  • Provide required disclosures about your identity, the purpose of the call, AI participation and any recording or transcription. Obtain required consent before the relevant activity.
  • Honor opt-out requests and do not continue contacting people who have withdrawn permission where that permission is required.
  • Use only phone numbers and caller identities you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent who is calling.
  • Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit information about recipients or other people and to receive and use call results.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use Voca for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized solicitation, deceptive impersonation or other unlawful activity. Do not upload malicious content, compromise another account, bypass access controls or limits, or disrupt Voca or its providers.

Do not submit sensitive information unless its processing is lawful and appropriate for the service and any required safeguards or agreements are in place. You must not use the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

5. Usage, balances and numbers

Applicable usage rates and number rental charges are displayed in the console or set out in a separate commercial agreement. Call usage and number rental are separate charges. Your account must satisfy the applicable balance and approval requirements before using paid resources.

Voca may reserve balance before a call or resource operation and settle it against the applicable charge. Estimated reservations are not necessarily the final charge. Billing disputes and requests for adjustments or refunds should be sent to [email protected] for review under the applicable agreement and law; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or override non-waivable rights.

Where you confirm a recurring number rental, the console displays its price and renewal deadline. Renewals can use your available balance. An insufficient balance at the deadline may cause the number to be released under the rental conditions you accepted. Released numbers may not be recoverable. Renewal reminders are provided in the console; do not rely on receiving an email or SMS reminder.

Stopping calls, signing out or ceasing to use a number does not by itself confirm that its rental has ended. Follow the available cancellation process or contact us, and confirm the resource has actually been released. Promotional or trial credits are subject to any conditions communicated when granted.

6. Your content and call results

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize Peeta and the providers involved in delivering Voca to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to execute your requests, provide call history and results, secure the service and meet applicable obligations.

You are responsible for your instructions, the information you provide and your use of the results, including information sent to your webhook endpoints. AI-generated results may not be unique. Nothing in these terms guarantees ownership or legal protection for an AI-generated output.

Peeta and its licensors retain their rights in the Voca software, service and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your authorized personal or business purposes.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes Voca data handling. You remain responsible for the privacy notices and permissions required for your recipients and any information you provide. Customers with additional contractual or regulatory requirements should contact us before submitting the affected data.

Telephony, AI, hosting and identity functions depend on third-party services. Their availability, restrictions and requirements can affect Voca. A provider outage or restriction can prevent calls or delay results.

Read the Voca Privacy Policy

8. Availability and suspension

We may change features, apply usage limits, or suspend access to address security risks, suspected misuse, unpaid charges, provider requirements or legal obligations. You may stop using Voca and request account closure by contacting us; existing charges and resource cancellation requirements still need to be resolved.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, Voca is provided on an as-available basis without a guaranteed service level. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Updates and questions

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Voca or applicable requirements. The revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account and resolving any active resources.

For service questions, billing issues or concerns about these terms, contact [email protected]. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
